8" x 10" black and white photograph on photographic paper. The label accompanying the photo reads: "October 1, 1948 - Opening kickoff between the Waynesboro Little Giants and Winchester Handly Judges. Note the tarp surrounding the perimeter of the field. Also note the football is being held for the kickoff. The bleachers to the left were also filled to capacity. Approximatly 1000 fans attended the game. Little Giants lost 32-13." |
